For this tutorial i assume u know the basics cous i cant explain pixel to pixel if u understand
So.. How to create a nice orb with just inner shadow as effect.

1) Create a new document.. i used 90x90.
Fill the background with a gradient. #C1C6CA - #FDFDFD
Gray down and the white up.

2) create a circle with the Elliptical Marquee tool. Hold Shift while making the circle.
fill the circle with the same color as 1) But Dark up and white down.

3) Now make a new circle the "orb". Still use shift to make it good.
Fill the orb with the gradient: #469028 - #A6D752
Dark green to light green down.

4) Now: Use Inner shadow on the orb.
Dont change anything more then:
Distance: 0
Choke: 0
Size: 5
Now it should look like this

5) Now create a new layer with the blending option: Soft Light.
Now Press Ctrl + D to reset the colors, Press X so you have the white color as foreground.
Now create a little circle over the orb and fill it with the
White to transparent gradient.
Now do it at the button of the orb too but delete some.
