Logo again xD

Hello ragezone members,
I am looking for a GFX designer that can make me a logo please
I want the logo to be Circled, In the background you have some tactical peoples (like swat, they are armed etc..) Like a group with tactical peoples in background or FBI. Text should be C.I.R.G.Dark blue and Black . Here's an example

but not bus u know. The background should fill the whole circle and I would really appreciate it. I need this later tonight THANKS!

Do you need it in a specific size?

The same size as the above example or maybe little bigger, and the circle should be dark blue colored and it has to have "C.I.R.G." Text on the circle. Thanks a lot! Happy new year!

Now i sound a bit greedy but can you try to make the name like in a straight line? Just move it a bit higher and make it straight.. let me see how it looks then.
