Minecraft signature/banner request

Hi guys, I am here requestion a banner/signature to use for my new MineCraft server that I'm releasing soon..

I would like it to include the name what is Survival Craft, the size to be around 500x150 pixels. Basically I want it to be themed around Minecraft(obviously!), I just want to see what you can create and if I like it enough to use it, some other text I probably want included... 1.7.9, simplistic, anti-griefing, survival.. So yeah that's it. I look forward to your creations!
