Program Icon

[Wreckless]

I'm looking for an icon for a program.

- I need it to have the letters "IHI" (in caps, no quotes) on it.
- Preferably 256 x 256 Pixels
- Have a blue-ish theme
- Anything else is up to designer

No PSD as I had to flatten most of it to achieve those effects without quality loss (windows xp sucks). Also I saved it as a PNG, because if I save it as a standard ICO it becomes jaggy and ugly. So have fun with it.

Actually I can provide you a PSD where you can switch off the shadow underneath the icon. But that's all about it.
