Iv'e been really busy with some stuff i would appericate if someone did this for me

I have a picture that i friend sent me and i really like this picture but i don't like the background cause im making mu online server and its metin

but i love the frame and minimize button and close button

im asking if someone could remove the background for me and keep the frame and minimize and exit button thanks
