[Request] Avatar Design

Hello My name is Mike and i would like a new Avatar because mine is old.

I kinda want the avatar to move but only little not big movement.

I want like a circle around my ragezone name with like flames or something around it moving.

I am sorry , flaming in Photoshop is not possible , because that would been made of Particles , which is not available in Photoshop , and my pc doesn't meet the system requirement for After Effects.

This avatar contains 16 frames , and over 20 layers , and 20 minutes of work. Hope you like it.
