Request - Emblem - Transparent Background

Before I opened this thread I thought to myself "Oh hey, maybe I'll fill out a request for someone to get myself back into using photoshop more often". Then I opened the thread and noticed there were no size dimensions, no sort of idea of how you want the "emblem" to look like, not even any colour specifications, and now I don't feel like doing this request anymore.

My point is, add some details if you want stuff done.
