I like this a lot. One of the major things that makes me like it is the vivid use of colours, purple/pink with the guy with a white t-shirt in the middle. Really goes together.

you over did it under his right hand, too much color dodge.
other then that its all effects behind his back and adjustmeants layers, no blending, i like the effects behind him but its not perfect flow, lighting is cool, actually render looks slapped on.
left hand looks drawn, depth is debateable.
his forehead looks like a potato.
anyway i like it but its not...not.

The overall quality of everything is very poor, and it seems over saturated, you need to work on picking colors that will " pop " more and also work on your blending and add lighting.

there are no adjustments layers, no color dodge at all.
wich is the main trick to use it without the photoshop tricks.
