Make it smaller and in a high resolution

Maybe add some little brushes flow down slowly, that'd make it 2x better.

Dont forget to add a border on 4 corners, avatars are better with 4 corners border not 2 as like a signature.

I don't like the "shiny" going from side-to-side at all tbh. (maybe make it thinner?)

That shiny thing is to big, if it was a shiny bar that was 15/20 pixels, it would be nice.

As everyone else is saying, the flashing element of this just doesn't look right, try experimenting with different sizes.
