everything looks fine but the font is ruining the tag imo, other than that the tag looks good ;)

Pretty lq, and the flow looks awkward, imo. You need to work on your brightness and contrast, the depth is off, too. The cold color I like, but try adding more variety to it, the cloudy effects over the focal look unfinished, imo and need more work, try adding a little more focal effects, too.
The subtext is too far from the focal, which makes it a little distracting.
The main thing to work on here is the brightness and contrast, you need to balance that out, and work a little more on the effects. There really isn't any lighting to comment on, add lighting and it would help make the tag look better. kiu, a pretty cute tag.

Watched only like 2 tutorials when making sigs, so don't really know how to make lightning and those o_O

I dislike how you worked the theme to a different way.
Black Rock Shooter is a dark theme and you made it light with the "heaven theme" making it look shit in my eyes.
People who know brs would most likely feel weird with this.
The signature overall looks good, but the feel is wrong.

if you are using a render of COD or any WAR game. you are not making it like woohoo heaven.
