Archon/Council Stats

Aside from the armors it self i believe being member of strike team or defense team has additional stats to it. Likertuban told me of effects that are implemented but not shown so i guess this is one of them. yet i want to ask where to edit these additional stats? im using 2,2,3 and i know there are modules for this in 2.2.3.2 but i dont know for 2.2.3 if there are

it's in zone,
you could either edit directly from zone or use module,
use ida pro, compare 2232 with 223
and you will find the offset
