[ASK] How to Calculate the Upgrade at Zone Server to be a percent.

Dear All RZ.

I want to ask how to calculate that number at the zone server to be a percent. :

I want to edit the upgrade rate at my game from easy to be hard.
Ex : for +1 until +3 i make it easy and make it impossible to be +6 or +7

I confuse how to calculate it to be a percent. :?:

Well your zone seems edited or you might be using a 2.2.3 strs.
