Create new .msh file

I would ask, how do I create a new .msh files with texture,bbx,bn,and ani ?

Extremely not for noobs. Most "new" mshes and stuff are just from 1.5 ... Not mine but no plans to release info or work with anybody as its uncharted waters and I don't trust other people not to port in stuff from like WoW or Tera or Dota.

Like a gun blade MSH. but with other .dds texture.
and replace the knife into Sword
