.DAT editor error.. please help

guys can anyone help me about this error... (see my attachment below)

my .dat editor always "no structure loader"


i want to edit my .dat file.. but my dat editor got an error like that.. it`s cannot be opened like this

my pc is win 7 64 bit.. thanks
