Cut Cpt : 30.000
Cut Pvp : 30.000

for money, in 2232
you could change money required in this offset :
0x2b5f5b
the value is unsigned int, so i believe you could change it up to 4 billion
also you need to change this offset :
0x2b6219 // this one responsible in checking if the player have the necessary amount of money to register

for Cpt/Pvp sadly, you need to use module for that, if you are able to create module, that offset will give you a hint on how to accomplice your goal for cpt/pvp
