Has anyone come across this issue?
I cannot whats the deal with it - primarily with debuffs. They work if you get way closer. Feels like a range issue.

It's a range issue or lag issues. Tends do that during a lag period when trying to debuff. If you're in range on screen but lag is happening you will debuff and gives this error. Wait a couple secs then boom you can debuff it's a weird issue but I've mainly seen it during lag.

No a lag issue if i have 30ms ping to the server. its constant. But i can't find any mismatch with the server side.
