My Friend can't connect to my server from hes home

I already Opened my Ports 80,8080,10007, 10001, 27780 and all are success from canyouseeme.

and i put it into my firewall also. but my friend stock when he opens the launcher.exe the launcher is not loading...

i put my lan ip's 192.168.x.x into my .ini files and my launcher , and i put my global ip into my worldinfo. but he still can't connect to my server.. can anyone help me about this problem?

yes sir, and i put it in my firewall too.

try add this on WorldInfo.ini...:

GateIP = Your IP
Address = Your IP

then the error is in your emulator launcher

are you using static IP?

try put your global ip for your launcher and emulator.

is this the right public ip? 192.168.1.x and is this the right global IP? 49.144.xxx.xx

192.168.1.x is LAN ip or Private IP
49.144.xxx.xx is global ip and if not change after you restart modem or do anytthing then its a static ip

Correct me if i am wrong.

public IP starts with 2. ; 95. and 93.

Your IP is private, not public
