Help with Certain Points edit

Hello Guys, i'm just new in editing rf server files. So, i really need your help about editing earning and losing certain points.

Glad if someone could tell me where to edit that.

search. the guides and samples are here in the forum. you also have to edit your zone for it depending on level cap
