Help with Hunting Point

Guys I'm using the RF Sabate files ... I think it is 2.2.3.2
I'm testing the server and when I kill a monster I do not get hunting points, why? I need to activate it somewhere?

I believe the clients are pretty buggy when it comes to showing updated hunting points. I can tell you though, the hunting points are stored in tbl_supplement under ActionPoint_1, Processing Points are ActionPoint_0, and I assume Gold Points are ActionPoint_2.

I'm never add huting point pvp / gold point.
It's years ago before hunting PvP system released.
