Perhaps but don't use DMZ as a solution only use it for trouble shooting purposes you'll open yourself to the internet nothing good will come of that and make sure you have 10001, 10007, 8080, 27788

or 10001, 10008, 8080, 27780

I some times find that the incorrect folder name or path is set-up for the emulator as some use the root folder and others use a custom folder name that redirects web access to it.

Problem Solved there is 2 Problem Here.

The Problem is The Port is not open by the server router, they only open ports 80 as a website.
~_~

and the second is like mr.busman said someone change the root directory to custom folder.

Thanks All For Thinking And Trying to Solved my problem.

Make sure you dont open a lot of ports. you only have to open 3 ports in total. And also make sure to enable your firewall and dont open GM Tools while your server is running. This are the safety percussion you have to know.
