New Map 1F Conversion

HELLO i found a Bin file 2232 which contains 27 New Maps. and i need to know what is the conversion of the F. like for 1F the default is = 31 . any one can help me?

it's called HEX, 1F is HEX, 31 is decimal...
google for it, it's tooooooooooooo basic.....
you can even convert it using "calculator" program on your windows accessories ._.

one more thing. the default total of map in the rf world is 31? so if i add 27 new maps i will just do it by addition?

example:

Default 31 + 27 = 58 and then i will just convert it by decimal?

58 and convert from dec to hex, 58 decimal to hex...

and make sure you have lot lot lot of RAM ._.
try at least 16GB or 32GB @@
map cost lot of RAM, there's a lot thing to do to add new map tho'

Is it need that for changing the Map Card of the BIN?

bin only clientside, so it would take RAM i believe, but not as much on the serverside...
changing only bin wont do anything, and wont give you new map right away...

I just need to hex other bins because i have files 27 new maps but my bin with the 27 new maps is bug. the storage expansion cost is 4.2B lols.
