[Solved] Why I Can't Start a Chip War With GM Command?

I'm using RF Xtreme Server 2.2.3.2 and RF Indonesia Golden Mystery Client.
When I type this command: %start holy
It's always failed to start chip war. I always got this notice "start holy >> FAIL(grammar or logic)".
I also type this command: %keeper bye (to kill HSK), and I've got the same notice.
I'm using Accretia with Grade : 4 and Sub Grade : 4.

What is wrong?
Anyone can help me?

Now I'm using command from rfan72

%war start 1
%war stop 1

It's work with my RF 2.2.3.2 Server.

I've tried both of the command above, however it seems %war stop 1 doesn't work.

To stop on-going war you can use this command: %war end

Just try to use %war end if %war stop 1 doesn't work with your Zone Server.

Yeah i've tried the GM command for HSK but none worked.
But you could do it using the "manual" way as c3rb3ru588 has said earlier.. using %matchless allow you kill HSK hahaha

Hope that anyone could find GM command to kill HSK ^^
