Strange NPC names

Hello,

finally managed to start and connect to my own dedicated 2.2.3.2 server.

I didn't get the playrf client working so i used to get a 2.2.3 client (ReactorRF) and patched it with GU update.

That helped me to get on my server but now i haven't english NPC names.

I want to know if they are server- oder clientside or mybe database side.

Here a picture of them:

And do i need server-/clientside *.edf files to change that?

edit the NDStore.edf in client side..
