UTS and Mail

Hello people. Does anyone know how to disable mail and uts? People are actually doing dupe using UTS and Mail.

search in the Release Section for the query to disable the UTC and Mail

Newbie trying answer..
if im not wrong check you initialize zone server you can see
[Messenger]
Use = TRUE make it false : But im never try it. so never know if work or no..

for simple way just use this sql script
