I wasn't sure if this had been posted yet here, cus I am too lazy to search so.. Here ya GO!!!!! I found it a while ago and I think I forgot to post it.

Also as for every file you download always scan for viruses! ~I scanned this with AVAST! before use, so it's safe, but if someone reposts, always scan!

Also don't forget in order to decode or encode, you need to have your .txt or .dat in a folder called EN outside of where the app is located... Ex:

C:\ -- Application location
C:\EN -- Folder Dat & TXT files
