GOTW 1.2 Voting!

I do not understand this section any more.

How can a signature such as number one even get a single vote yet number 3 and 4 that are clearly better in every aspect are struggling to even get 3or4 votes.

Number One,
Well what can I say about this. Just an epic signature that pushes the boundaries of what you expect a 3 year old to be able to produce. A really smart baby who will one day be epic sauce.

Number Two,
I have to ask what has the user done :?:. It seems like they have simply cut a premade content and did a little bit of nothing.

Number Three,
More likely one of the only pieces of art to actually show any form of work. The user has clearly actually tried to spend more than 5 seconds creating this piece.

Number Four,
Shows some clean lines and well thought out placement. Its a shame its in black and white as you seem to lose alot of detail due to this.
