so... not the most practical advice there bro ;P
Don't bother with incomplete/buggy/flawed releases because players will play on servers that have at least 95% functionality.
And only a few releases on ragezone offer that, so... pick your mu version, gameserver files and target playerbase carefully
Oh, and learn to edit, configure and manipulate your server and client files before you announce an attempted official launch of your server. Players want to see cool homemade configurations on server, such as shops, drops and monster spots (most basic, there is more complex settings available for tweeking, usually).
