One thing: it didn't seem like 9999x to me. However I'll say the rates are quite high indeed.
Every shop is configured like n00b private servers (no offence) that offers every single thing. Including wings. All shop NPCs and event NPCs are gathering in Lorencia, Could be Beta Only
Spots are ...let's just say while place like Devias 3 are swarming with Yetis with 0 distance, some other place like Atlans is devoid of mobs.

It really looks like some n00b private server to me, their next possible step to tune it up is to put FO exec items and Ancients in stores lololol

Also, the Arena, wow, the Arena. I won't say they have a 100% exrate, but the exe rate of item drop is very very high on some mobs.

After play for 20-30 mins feel so dam boring as always.
Nothing special.
Private server still provide good service than official.

Acording to bugs and poop i noticed in server.. Its not webzens server, its like poop IGC server or so.. Im very dissapointed. I was excepted same as GMO servers only with higer xp rates and reset level options

Yea i don't know 2 wth is with the files, it is webzen or some poop partner server :|

Bug Server not Pvp one, anw they have 20 days to fix it.

Btw didn't noticed any lags.
