Meh, I stated in the other reply so I'll just do this.
DISCLAIMER: My first language is Chinese, second language English, so I don't ensure my translation are 100% correct, it's only a basic idea of what MUX is, and what's the story behind it. Also, the closed beta just ends late April so everything could change at any given time.
First, some clarifications: MuX is not MU2, it's NOT related to WebZen, WebZen didn't appear on the official website, the official website states that "MuX is an 3DMMORPG in the spirit of MU" multiple times.
Before I start, I'll explain how MU is translated as [奇迹] and why even though [奇迹II] is there on the page don't mean this is a WebZen sequel.
Firstly, MU don't mean [奇迹], the Chinese word means "Miracle", it shares the first letter with MU, yes, but it's actually got another origin story: Back then when The9 Inc. got the rights from WebZen to operate MU in China, the biggest MMORPG is "Legend of Mir", operated by Shenda and translated as [传奇] (means "Legend"), then one of The9's managers in one of the meetings claimed that "We'll be the miracle(奇迹) that would become the strongest MMORPG in China and show Mir how it's done." Thus, the name. Currently, The9 Inc. and White Wolf Art Studio claims copyright on MuX.
Thus, in the below translations, I'll translate [奇迹II] either as MuX, or Miracle2.

In most MMORPGs, no detection on hits are being made based on the players' distance and delays while attacking. However, "Miracle2" is completely different in this aspect; It has FTG-like hit detection, the detection of hits and attacks are based on the body part that's being attacked and/or collided. Story:
The Kuntz are living on the most barren North-Western lands.
To ensure survival, they must sail to different islands and explore the continents, gathering food and resources, and carry them back to their home-islands.
The harsh environment has strengthened their body and mind, and are adapt at battles and survival. The Kuntz has a society that's military-centered, They put the honors and promises of their brothers as the strongest. They do not fear death, for they believe in the god of the Winds, and believe that their soul is carried on by the winds when they die.
The battle masters of the Kuntz are called "White Wolves", and are often the commander and spirit leader of the army.
In-game, the Tarkan Mages hired The Kuntz for conquering the continent of MU. The Kuntz set up camp at Loren Areas and is fighting monsters on the continent. Years later, the area they once belonged would be called "Lorencia".
Specifications:
The Warriors of the Kuntz have high stamina, and excels at physical attack and defense.
They uses weapons such like claymores, Axes and Maces.
They can change their jobs to Berserker who can control their rage to unleash attacks, or Holy Knights that use shield to protect their allies.

Story:
The Tarkans lives on the West of the continent (Note
kay, it actually states continent of MU, but this didn't tie into the story, plotholes, heh). They believe in the gods of Thunder.
They invented writing and the ability of harness the power of thunder at a very early time. They leave such knowledge to pass down across generations. However, although they are highly intelligent, they are surrended by deserts, and it greatly hindered their development. So from long time ago they have set their sight on conquering the entire continent, but such first attempts ends in failure.
After 300 years, they united with the Kuntz and again, begins to conquer the continent!
Specifications:
The Tarkan mages excels in magic attack and defense, their basic element is Thunder, they use magic staff and gloves as weapons.
They can branch into Element Magicians that harness Fire, Water and Thunder to blast their enemies, or they can grow into Summoners that calls power from another dimension, and unleash nightmares of sleep and cruse on their victims.

The Ikarus
~The children of the Sun God, Noble Archers
Story:
Long ago, a battle of Light and Darkness raged across the continent.
It is said at that time, the gate of heaven opened, and the Guardians of Light descends from the heavens. They are the ultimate army of the Sun God, winged warriors clad in sliver armor, even the dragons pales at their judgement.
The Icarus, which is an amazon tribe, believes the Guardians of Light are their ancestors.
Hiding in the Deep Noria, they pray to the Sun God that one day they can return to Heaven, where they once belonged. It is said back in their glory days, the tribe of Icarus can conquer the entire continent of MU.
Specializations:
The Archers of Icarus are fast and effective, they have lightening speed and deadly aim,excels in ranged attacks while their magic defense are also better than the Kuntz Warriors. With training, they can become assassins that can launch deadly attacks from the darkness, or the Valkyries that harness the holy power of the sun to use piercing holy attacks on their foes.

Environments Introduction

There are 3 kinds of environments, based on their functions.
Fields that monsters and creatures dwell
Miracle2 completes the worlds of MU, old-time MU players would feel at home here.
The fields are freely entered and exited by the players, however the creature that dwells in here also are divided by races - the player could be attacked by the monsters of the snow tribe, or got assisted with the creatures of the Earth tribe and battle huge enemies.
Special Maps such like Bloody Stadium, Devil Square and Wars on the Sea
Apart from traditional Stadium, Arena, and Castle Siege, Miracle2 adds in 10ish more of battle types such like Air Dogfights and Sea Fights, Tower battles that require fast reflexes (Tower Defense?!) are also one of the battle modes.

The Julu
~The Strong Snowmen Rebels
The Julus are snowmen tribes, living at the Davias area.
In ancient times, they were once slaves of the sea tribe - The Atlas (Note: It's not Atlans). However, they never abandoned the fight for freedom, various rebels were started in the dark ages.
The time finally comes when in the battle between Light and Darkness, their freedom were earned, and they settled in Davias. Although they looks fierce and huge, they actually has gentle voice, and are peaceful tribes.
