Unfortunately, we have experienced significant hard drive damage that requires urgent maintenance and rebuilding. Specify what files, free or private....because it is a big difference between free and private.

The free ones:
Season 4.6 - RMST Tornado-Stable, lots of customs, custom jewels,etc.
- WZT Improved 4.6-Lots of customs,etc.
Season 4.5 - Project Season 4.5 1.03H by Professor Flint and Stone-Lots of customs, nice client, customs jewels,etc.
Season 5 or 6 free, nothing that worth open an server on them.
Cracked files.....not my area, not an fan of cracked files...to code an server or client with lots of customs and with less bugs, and then your files, after you work and test months...cracked...well, no comment on that.
Now...private coded files you will have to go to the teams web and talk directly with them about prices, files, customs, support,etc, and then decide who worth your money.

Private you must have good skills to fix bugs, issues in your server by yourself.
Premium, you have support with bugs, issues in your server from a coder team.
if you are pc man who knows programs mu server files need dont buy ofc. But if you are not a pc man, dont think to open a stable server alone, or you gonna make ppl hate of mu
