Personally, I use MuCore as the front face, but I use a hybrid shop that appears as MuCore, but still has some of the scripts from MuWeb to create item serials so that items can be tracked. The back-end admin side is mostly MuCore, with the exception of a custom programmed Higher GMCP and the item tracker. It's pretty nifty. :3

I think that every server need special features, and special settings for websites, and no-one Mu Websites like MuCore, EnemyMu can do that best for each server, so for me, Best Mu Website is that I code for each server, and create it unique for everyone.
