how can I add custom items like Fenrir or wings (I know how to add swords, bows ETC)

I know how to add to titan files zteam and ETC
but my files are SpartacuS S4Premium

why whats the difference on this files?
try the same way to the spartacus s4 files, they are custom.. and i am sure they allow custom items

when I add sword I see it in the game (the skin)
when I add wing in the game I don't see the skin (sorry for my bad English)

index of wing in server files 192 and on client side Wing193.bmd I tried also Wing192.bmd but didn't work
swords sets and ETC works fine
