[Help] BMD editor and other useful tools for 0.97d+0.99

Spent a lot of time looking for a decent bmd editor (0.97d+0.99 version) in this site. But most of the links are dead. Maybe someone could share such an editor?

By the way, I am interested in any useful tools that could help me out
