Best and most complete release?

What is the most stable, complete and full release/tutorial for getting a MU server and client operational??

I would like to get a server and client operational, in english, but the list of server files and client files are enormous and hard to sift through, I am looking for a setup with the most updated classes, mounts, wings, quests, ect.. and a tutorial that will allow me to set this up on my own, im not looking for someone to do the work i would just like to have a path first.

Titantech s6 e3 = Free
Zteam s6 e3/s8 = Free
IGCN S9 = Free
IGCN s10 source =Free for glow lancer
Muemu s4/s6/s8 = Free

Information
MuEmu has a lot of customization.
Xteam is really good from what i hear.
Titantech is really good with a open source.
Zteam is okay but experiences some bugs unless you know how to fix them in the source.
IGCN is one of the most popular teams here. so there pretty good.
