Right guys, I'll need your help with this one

I set up MuOnline 97d+99i server (powered by *********, I liked their realease).
SQL services run smoothly, all ports are open, windows 10 firewall and antivirus are open too.
I can connect to my server with no problem from my wifi or my laptop on local network, but my friends can't join.
Problem details:
When someone tries to join from other network, the game starts, they see my server is on, BUT when they press to log in, the game disconnects.
What did I mess up here? Some help appreciated)
