unfortunaly i cannot help.. never used muemu files..
did u try add this set with mumaker? http://forum.ragezone.com/f197/mumaker-1-13-tier-sets-1123903/
or other editor?
did u try /drop /item in the ground and see if it drops? do u see any options where u can enable?
