[Help] Compiled IGCN S9 E2 (Repack) - how can I remove warp points?

I am talking about movereq_eng.bmd

I want to delete/remove warp points from the client. I can edit them with my tool, but when I delete a row I get the following error:

System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException: Index was out of range. Must be non-negative and less than the size of the collection.Parameter name: index ...

Do you have any other editor? Is what I'm trying to do possible?

forgot to mention I use BmdEditor and I also tried Pentium tools

Have you tried the BMD decrypter it's what I use.
