Maybe u should try put Real IP on your Game Server Settings instead of DDNS.

I tested real ip. It works normally. but when I change it to ddns, it error. Sorry for my poor English proficiency

maybe ur ddns is long or it has symbols like - or ' etc.. which is not good!
