Hello I installed the server I can get in to play everything works fine The problem is that the members can not enter the server

If it's a home server you need static IP. Learn from youtube how to make static IP (with hamachi or no-up) or buy it from your network provider. But it's better if you get more IP addresses for DDOS attacks.
