I don't know if this ShopEditor works from @DragonSeth release.
As you can see, title bar says an editor for Season9 , but I never tried using it for S12 tho.

You can make a try.

Thanks. The reason for that error was that every shop item was set to Exc="-1" and after changing to Exc="0" it Works fine.
