[Help] Skill Multi-shot "Not his skill"

I've got this problem, whenever I try to use the skill Multi-Shot (for elf) I get disconnected from the server, on the logs on the GS it says "It's not his skill". Server doesn't crash or anything, it's some sort of protection, but I don't know why, I mean.. it's supposed to be a skill for elfs right?

I tried with elf, muse elf and high elf.

I'm using main 1.03.11, gs 1.00.87 and dataserver 1.74 (based on IA Julia).
