[Help] What Version was this +15 Invisible items

Does anybody know the version i belive its close to 99.60XT or 1.0M not sure tho.
I dont know if you could actualty make items +15 or just buy them from webshop with resets , was pretty stable for PVP , cant even find a video or picture with this .... :

Psyhic Doom MU that the one of the most famous 99.7 version back in those days that had +15 items but it look 50% invisible.
