Some none important information: So hello guys I'm a dude from a country that called Israel, I want to create an Israeli server, to do that I need to fix this issue because then no one will play in a server that they can't write in their native language which is Hebrew, I think the character format of this language is unicode, Where is the files to fix that, Is it in the client's or the server's files, the path and a little explanation would be nice, don't tell me OMG dude use google because I did and I found no solution, Thanks I hope someone will reply and at least will try to help because I really need to fix that.
It's shows rectangles instead characters from Hebrew.
