Monsters Reload in Spots, long time, how to fix? Season 2.

What files are responsible for the loading time of moobs? When mooby are killed on the spot, their reappearing occurs after a few minutes. Where can I change it? I am editing server files of season 2. Thanks for help.

Monster.txt (and in column [Regen] change value (time is in seconds). )
