MuEMU ItemDrop.txt

Hello. I'm using MuEmu s6 files from here

I'm trying to add new items to ItemDrop.txt and I see here Index like 7173 etc for each item, where do I get this index for new items?

And drop rate is 1000, how many percent is this???

(512* Category+ID = Item Index)

1=Item Type
0=Item ID

and this is the formula...

(512* Category + ID = New Index)
