And if my vmwere work of windows server 2012 i need open ports if i want to share my server to orther. I mean about season 1-4​

If your wanting a public server i would recommend renting a VPS. but VMware i think you might have to open them no idea. But it's not wise to do a server on a local network due to DDOS attacks and etc.
