NewsSystem and Notice Problem - IGCN Files - Season 12-12

NewsSystem and Notice malfunction.

The problem with NewsSystem:
the messages run really fast, you can not read what is written.

The problem with Notice:
instead of what is needed, it writes "0" or "240"

I was able to fix it in part, no longer listed "0" or "240" but the messages still run relatively fast.
I did not find an option to do "Delay" in NewsSystem, anyone know how to fix this?
I've seen videos of people who have used files and for them it's not like that.

Regarding the notice system please add " " in the 1st line because if not the system will only read the numbers so it should be "Mu Titanium-Peru" and if you want to display it a bit longer try to change the speed from 0 to 1-200

News System DisplayInterval="10" just change this for the display interval
