Response error after connection causes conclusion

Hello. Is there any WORKING solution to this error? Already tried:

- changing OS version, used 2003sp2, 2008 and 2003sp1 as well which was supposed to fix those errors and random disconnects but it doesn't
- changing files - MMT/OGC Season 2

Currently server working on VPS, previously on Cloud. What else can be done?

Also virtualization is KVM type on VPS.

well ppl said KVM is a problem maybe u have to tell your host to turn CPUCOUNT to 0 (but keep cpu running)
i havent found 100% solution to this aswell
