Script in automatic adding items on inventory for newbie

Hello guys! can i ask for help? i am using igcn S9 and i want to add a script
which will make like this..,

If they create a new character there will automatically items on there inventory as freebies.

Is there a possibilities that it would happen?
Can someone link me a post here in forum or have a tut if you have.

NP Just Carefull before making Script becuase sometime Character will Disconnect idunno why xD
