Most stable S6 source?

Hi,

May anyone tell me which is the best S6 server source available in the community? I found some options, ranging from compiled binaries to a MuEmu S6 src. However as I heard bad things about MuEmu codes I'm kinda lost about which one of these options the biggest S6 servers usually uses.
